Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE: My business operates on a scheduled appointment basis. Therefore, all treatments booked online must be paid in full at the point of booking. In the event of a treatment being cancelled by yourself, no refund will be given. However, the next convenient appointment will be offered. If for any reason an appointment needs to be cancelled by myself, a full refund will be offered. Any courses booked online that require a deposit, please be aware, this will be a none refundable deposit. In the case of a cancellation, the next available course date will be offered. Thank you for your understanding.
