Day 1 Focuses on understanding energy awareness, grounding, and self-connection. Helping you become comfortable sensing subtle shifts in your body and environment. Through discussion, demonstration, and reflection, you will start building confidence in the idea that Reiki is accessible to everyone. A central part of Reiki 1 is the attunement process, This is introduced with care and context so you understand its purpose: to open and strengthen your ability to channel Reiki energy. Following this, you will practice self-healing techniques, learn structured hand positions and how to create a calm, supportive space for your daily practice. Emphasis is placed on developing consistency, self-trust, and mindfulness rather than striving for perfection. Day 2 Students will practice Reiki on each other. You will learn full-body hand placements, session flow, and how to adapt treatments for comfort and safety. Ethical considerations, boundaries, and professional awareness are covered so you will feel responsible and grounded when sharing Reiki with friends, family, or future clients. Practical exercises and paired sessions will help you integrate what you’ve learned, while guidance on aftercare, journaling, and continued practice supports your growth beyond the course. By the end of the two days, you will leave with the ability to self heal and treat close family. You will have a clear understanding of its principles, and a foundation for continued learning. Just as importantly, you will gain a sense of connection to your intuition, to stillness, and to a gentle method of supporting balance and wellbeing in everyday life. How To Prepare For Your Attunement To prepare for your reiki attunement, it is recommended - if you don't already - to practice daily meditation, be open to receiving the gift of Reiki, have a good understanding of the principles of Reiki, and make a commitment to live according to them. In First degree Reiki the emphasis is on healing the self.
